SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and reach
customers in the U.K within 1 working day.
The maximum is 5 days. If you would like to ensure goods to be delivered the next day
please contact us or simply add a note upon checking out and we shall accomodate this
request where possible.

All UK deliveries are recorded and therefore must be signed for.
If no-one is available to sign for the delivery a card is left at the delivery address
containing instructions, to collect your package at your nearest sorting office.
We reserve the right to contact you and adjust delivery time and charges if necessary.
International delivery period is 4-8 days and does not require a signed delivery.

PAYMENT

We accept all major debit and credit cards.
All orders are processed through paypal, which is safer for our customers.
No bank details or financial information is revealed to Secret Conquest (CCL).
Once 'Buy Now' is clicked you are directed to paypal, where they handle your payment even if you do not have a paypal account.
It is quick, easy, simple and most importantly safe for our customers.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers are eligible for a refund or an exchange upon a request made to secretconquest.co.uk within 7 days of the goods being recieved. All goods must be returned to secretconquest.co.uk in the same condition as received.

Customers returning goods to secretconquest.co.uk must cover postage costs. Customers must use Recorded Delivery, as the goods are the customer's responsibility until they are recieved back by secretconquest.co.uk.

If goods are not posted via recorded delivery and a refund is required, in the event that the goods are misplaced in the post - secretconquest.co.uk shall not administer a refund.

Upon receiving your returned goods in satisfactory condition, we will dispatch a full refund or your choice of exchange. Exchanges or refunds exclude any customer postage costs in returning the item to Secret Conquest, unless the goods are deemed faulty by secretconquest.co.uk on inspection - in which case you will also be refunded postage costs.
Please allow 7 working days for any refund to appear in a paypal account.
Bank transfers are completed immediatley.

Returns must include all items within the original dispatch - including any complimentary items that arrived with the order.

TAXES

Customers located within United Kingdom & other European Countries are NOT charged TAX.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES
Customers who are located outside of Europe may be charged tax. Most countries tax items that are purchased internationally. Taxes are collected at time of delivery. These taxes are not included in your purchase price at Secret Conquest. At Secret Conquest you simply pay for your product and shipping - nothing else.
